Chocolate Fudge Pudding

"Chocolate Pudding with Fudge and Cashewnuts."
- Kandos Dark Couverture pieces - 400g
- Milkmaid - 100g
- Egg White - 480g
- Egg Yolk - 200g
- Sugar - 40g
- Flour - 140g
- Butter - 400g
- Cashewnut - 100g
- Bouble boil the Kandos Dark Couverture and add Butter, keep aside.
- Beat Egg Yolks and gradually add the Sugar and Milkmaid.
- Beat the Egg White until peaks and fold into the above mixture.
- Add the melted Kandos Chocolate and Butter mixture and mix well.
- Mix the Flour.
- Put the mixture into greased and flour dusted ceremic cups and bake at 180º C for 12 min.
- Decorate with Cashewnuts as your wish.
