  • Kandos Dark Couverture pieces - 400g
  • Milkmaid - 100g
  • Egg White - 480g
  • Egg Yolk - 200g
  • Sugar - 40g
  • Flour - 140g
  • Butter - 400g
  • Cashewnut - 100g


  1. Bouble boil the Kandos Dark Couverture and add Butter, keep aside.
  2. Beat Egg Yolks and gradually add the Sugar and Milkmaid.
  3. Beat the Egg White until peaks and fold into the above mixture.
  4. Add the melted Kandos Chocolate and Butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Mix the Flour.
  6. Put the mixture into greased and flour dusted ceremic cups and bake at 180º C for 12 min.
  7. Decorate with Cashewnuts as your wish.
