- Kandos Dark Couverture pieces - 100g
- Kandos White Couverture pieces - 100g
- Milkmaid - 125ml
- Soft Butter - 180g
- Sugar - 110g
- Flour - 225g
- Baking Powder - 2½ teaspoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoons
- Beat Butter, Sugar & Milkmaid until light and creamy.
- Add flour, Kandos Dark Couverture pieces, Kandos White Couverture pieces and mix well.
- Then make small balls and place on a buttered lined tray and press.
- Bake for 15 min or until golden colour at 170º C and cool.
