  • Kandos Dark Compound - 280g
  • Kandos Milk Couverture - 600g
  • Milkmaid - 600g
  • Butter - 240g
  • Cashewnut - 100g
  • Kandos Cocoa Powder - 45g

For Topping

  • Kandos Dark Compound - 190g
  • Butter - 180g

Method

  1. Melt the Kandos Dark Compound and mix with all the ingredients keeping on the fire and put into a buttered lined tray.
  2. Cool in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
  3. Add the topping and cool.
